Jean Marc Mpay n´est plus. L´ancien Ambassadeur du Cameroun en Allemagne est décédé ce lundi 15 mai 2023 des suites de maladie. Il y a passé 12 ans et a pris sa retraite il y a deux ans.
C´est depuis le 02 novembre 2020 que Jean Marc Mpay n´est plus ambassadeur du Cameroun en Allemagne. Il avait été remplacé par Victor Ndocki. Le décret est tombé au cours du journal parlé de 17h18h du poste national de la Crtv, la radio nationale. Jean Marc Mpay officiait à la tête de la représentation diplomatique du Cameroun en Allemagne depuis le 22 février 2008.
His Excellency Ambassador Mr. Jean-Marc Mpay was born on 21 July 1945. He completed studies in Law and Economics at the University of Yaoundé and post-graduate studies in Political Science in Ottawa, where he also served from 1977 to 1981 at the Embassy of Cameroon. From 1991 to 1998, he was his country´s First Embassy Counsellor and later Envoy-Embassy Counsellor at the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Cameroon to the United Nations in New York.
He speaks French and English.H.E. Ambassador Mr. Jean-Marc Mpay has been nominated ambassador of the Republic of Cameroun in Berlin on February 2008, by H.E. Mr. Paul Biya, President of the Republic of Cameroun as successor of Jean Melag, who served for 24 years as Ambassador for former West German Federal Republic and for unified Germany.
From his office in Kurfustendamm, 106, H.E. Ambassador Mr. Jean-Marc Mpay covers Cameroun diplomatic mission in Austria, Kosovo, Czech Republic, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro, Slovakia and Slovenia.
