Après près de cinq heures d’audition au Service Central des Recherches Judiciaires de la Gendarmerie Nationale au Sed, je suis rentré à mon cabinet, en attendant la suite de la procédure.
Je me sens surtout soulagé d’avoir pu expliquer, à ma demande, que les infractions de tentative d’atteinte à la Sûreté nationale, de financement de terrorisme et de financement de bandes armées étaient d’une inqualifiable grossièreté.
Je voudrais remercier monsieur le Bâtonnier de l’Ordre des Avocats venu m’assister personnellement, mes Confrères Claude Assira, Dorcas Nkongme, Aimé Yobo, Sother Menkem, Michèle Ndoki et Calvin Job tous deux venus de Douala, Marlyse Sime venue de Boston, pour leur présence à mes côtés.

After nearly five hours of questioning at the Central Service of Judicial Research of the National Gendarmerie at the SED, I returned to my office, awaiting the continuation of the procedure.
I feel especially relieved to have been able to explain, at my request, that the offenses of attempted attack on national security, financing of terrorism and financing of armed gangs were unspeakably crude.
I would like to thank the President of the Bar Association who came to assist me personally, my colleagues Claude Assira, Dorcas Nkongme, Aimé Yobo, Sother Menkem, Michèle Ndoki and Calvin Job both from Douala, Marlyse Sime who came from Boston, for their presence at my side.
